VISUAL: Very deep and intense garnet-red NOSE: Cherry, liquorice and black berries as first notes, blending well with the balsamic, toasty notes from the oak, which lead to more complex ones: tobacco leaves, leather, pepper and clove… Powerful bouquet. TASTING: Vivid, noticeable entry, since it is a meaty, smooth, velvety wine with a very good acidity and structure. Black fruits, liquorice and spices blend well in taster’s mouth, leaving a long, pleasant aftertaste.
