Maceration of the Malvasia at low temperature for 24 hours, and then fermentation at14ºC-16ºC in stainless steel tanks where this wine stayed until bottled in December 2016. It combines the sweet and soft character of Malvasia, with the more pronounced citric flavours of Viura. It feels mellow and velvety on the palate with a long aftertaste of pineapple and peach.
