April 16th, 2018 China’s Wine List of The Year Award News Conference and welcome lunch was hold in Shanghai. D.O.Ca Rioja China Agency attends the event.
China’s Wine List of The Year Award was founded by Tucker Seabrook Company in 1838. This award is aim to honor the restaurants and sommeliers who spent more time, technology and resource to improve the wine list quality over the country.
2018 Wine List will release over 30 special awards. For ensuring justice of the award, the judge group will be made up of over 40 professional experts from China and International. They will selection all the wine lists together.
After investigating the authenticity of the wine list, judge group will give the glass rating to the good wine list like 1 glass award means recommended, 2 glasses and 3 glasses. The awards indicate that the award-winning restaurant wine list is already comparable to the world’s best wine list.
Wine List award party will be holding on June 25th in Shanghai. Let’s look forward the birth of 2018 wine lists.
