2018 Rioja Fantastico was hold successfully at La Maison restaurant. There were 8 famous chefs came to the event to bring visitors creative dishes. Event attracted lots of visitors on last Saturday.

 

 

Rioja Fantastico comes to Shanghai La Maison restaurant every spring since year 2016. We invited chefs Ling Huang(PIRATA)、Eduardo Vargas(Azul)、Edgard Herdez(COLCA)、Juan Campos(RAW)、Pol Garcia(POP Secret)、Koen Vessies(El Willy)、Ferran Edu Andreu(TOMATITO)as well as Victory Vieira(WHDP) to the event. They brought us varieties grilled or fried dishes made by chicken, beef, lamb, squid, etc.

 

Come to the wine pairing, we have almost 40 kinds of Rioja wine.  Not only Rioja red, but also iced white and Rosado wine to fit the hot weather.

 

 

Besides Flamengo show, we set Rioja wine class also. Each wine exhibitor provided winery introduction and wine tasting within 30 to 45mins to let visitors know more about Rioja.
