“After several generations dedicated to the cultivation of the vineyard, in 1998 the Ruiz Jiménez family founded their own winery in Aldeanueva de Ebro, Ruiz Jiménez Vineyards, S.L., with the desire to make quality wines. Knowing that a good wine begins in the countryside, the family cultivates 65 Hectares of its own vineyard using traditional techniques and, always applying natural practices. The whole process is ecological.”
