Lopez de Heredia Viña Tondonia New Vintage Release seminar and food pairing dinner has hold on June 29th. Visitors enjoy the wines especially Tondonia Gran Reserva Rosado 2008.
In the afternoon’s seminar, visitors knew different terroir of the winery from Rioja official wine educator Sam CHEN, and then tasted 12 kinds of wine vintage from 1981 to 2009 including red, white and Rosado. The similar wine list only can be seen in the next ten years.
For food pairing dinner, Michelin chief cooperated with sommelier to paired food well with the wine from Viña Tondonia. Guests enjoyed it both from taste and visual.
