Rioja provided wines for a Grammy Week event: the MusiCares Person of the Year event and After-Party in New York. It is one of the most outstanding events on the International artistic panorama. At the ceremony, the British-American rock band that has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, Fleetwood Mac, was honored as the 2018 MusiCares Person of the Year.
This award is presented annually to commend musicians for their artistic achievement and dedication to philanthropy. The night included performances by several amazing musicians and bands including Haim, Lorde, Juanes, OneRepublic, Harry Styles, Keith Urban, Imagine Dragons, Zac Brown Band, Miley Cyrus, and of course, a special performance by Fleetwood Mac.
The VIP ceremony room was filled with over 200 VIPS. Later at night, 3,000 guests attended the after-party. Notable attendees included ex President Bill Clinton. Everybody enjoyed red and white Rioja Wines and danced the night away. Wines were provided by Marques de Riscal, Muga, Muriel, Ontanon and Bodegas Riojanas.
