VARIETY: Tempranillo 100% VINEYARDS: Around Logroño ELABORATION AND AGING: The grapes are destemmed and later fermented in tanks of stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 8 days with good maceration to bring out the fruit. ANALYTICAL INFORMATION: -13,30% Alcohol; – 40 mg/L Total sulphur – 54 Total polyphenols TASTING NOTES: violet colour with a fresh vibrant, aroma of red fruit, typical of Tempranillo. On the palate it is fresh and tasty, with body and concentrated red berries. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: light meats, snacks, fatty fish and lighter cheeses.
