This estate winery is located within the ‘Golden Mile’ of Rioja Alavesa, in Páganos-Laguardia. Its microclimate, soil composition and unusual height (630 m) shape the grape’s tipicity in the 65 ha (161 acres) of own vineyards. Led by true respect for the terroir, the motto is the minimum possible intervention in the vineyard as in the cellar. Faithful to the château-style, the two terroir wines are made according to the grapes’ genuine nature and ageing potential: Torre de Oña and Finca San Martín Crianza. French, Russian and American oak barrels escort the wines to highlight the tipicity of this privileged terroir.
