The month-long Laurel Street Rioja Wine Bar tapas & wine pairing competition has been successfully concluded recently. This competition started on December 15th, 2021. A total of 15 Rioja wine bars from 5 cities across the country participated in the voting competition. Each Rioja wine bar in this competition provided a wonderful pairing of tapas and Rioja wine.

 

 

The fusion of various elements such as tapas, Rioja wine and Rioja with bars made this competition extremely exciting. The pairings in this competition were creatively combined by the sommeliers and chefs of the Rioja Bars, showing a diversity of the Rioja wine pairing possibility.

 

 

This competition attracted a large number of wine lovers and professionals to participate in the voting, which gave the food & wine lovers more opportunity to have a deeper understanding of the high quality and diversity of Spanish cuisine and Rioja wine. The voting format also enables Rioja wine bars and consumers to have an engaging and interactive experience.
